Refund policy

We are proud to offer only new clothing so you know every piece you receive has only been worn by you and not exposed to allergens.  Items are custom and preordered for our customers special. All sales are final.  Due to hygiene issues we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event your item is damaged on arrival please reach out to us immediately. We will compare with our prepackaged photo and determine if a postal claim needs filed for ship damage. 

Shipping

In stock items will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days. 
Pre-order items will be shipped within 7 business days from arrival to us.

Please note on preorders the ETA is listed when placing your order. This is almost always exact on time. However, items can be delayed due to shipping lags during Holiday season.
